Featuring some of Perth’s most long- loved and accomplished musicians (including Lucky Oceans, Billy Rogers, Kent “The Beast” Hughes), The Zydecats lead the 21st Birthday closing party with 3 big sets with a grand finale on the veranda a Capella. They guests from around the country to form their biggest band yet. The Zydecats have been playing the Sunday session at Clancy’s for over 14 years. Here is a letter of thanks from Conrad, one of the visiting band members:
Dear Joe and John Fisher.
I wanted to say a Huge thank you for the birthday celebration gig, what a night! I remember the boys saying that we must have had the best gig in Australia that night, well that’s the Fish Pub way and I often felt that this was the case when I was performing regularly on the Sunday session.
The audience response as we strolled off stage was priceless. A sea of smiling faces applauding in unison, showing so much regard for what was an incredible affirmation of the Zydecats music and the Fisher legacy. You guys have given so much to the community over the years through your hard work, professional, natural hospitality and big generous hearts.
Clancy’s Fish Pub, a true icon of the hospitality industry....... and the beat goes on.
Love & Regards to All.
