Fresh from Japan Si Mullumby crosses the great seas to helm the pirate ship of his didgeridoo and drum rig to facilitate yet another epic all-in dance session.

  • Wielding Didgeridoo & Drums, Spanish Guitar, Flute & voice, Si unleashes an improvised maelstrom of good energy and wild vibrations to set the night alight.

    It’s time to shake it all out!

    Joining forces with Fremantle’s bastion of bass music ShaantiBot, aka YogaLab’s Shawn Taylor, this is a non-stop evening of irresistible grooves to move to.

    Expect warm hearty vibes, surprisingly epic music, good company & a unified field of positive energy needed in the world today.

    A little about Si Mullumby . . . .

    One of the most formidable didgeridoo players in the world, Si Mullumby carves up space time with his totally live, beat driven grooves & deep bass resonances.

    His band Wild Marmalade are the pioneers of the didgeridoo & drum sound. This performance is a part of a long history of epic gigs that winds it’s serpentine path all over the world since more than twenty years.

    Si’s shows are a unique experience; a complete energy flush for body, mind & spirit; some time out of time to renew, restore, reinvigorate and begin fresh again.

    Improvised from beginning to end, no two performances are alike. This is a ride into the unknown. And back again.

    ShaantiBot is a Cosmic Traveler transmitting Low Frequency sound at High Frequency Vibrations. A sonic explorer of mind-expanding beats, yoga asana, multi-dimensional bass music, sacred soundscapes, universal consciousness and dub.

    ShaantiBot throws down the bass wobble & beats like no other in this part of the world, A unique experience with sound & movement.

    Well known for his bass driven Flow Frequency classes at the YogaLab Fremantle, Shawn is one of the hidden pillars of the Fremantle community.

Psychedelic fuzz bandits Stranger Brew are celebrating the late-60s and early-70s era.

    The Rolling Stones and The Beatles recreated authenticity in a groove-driven power trio journey through classic psychedelia designed to blow your mind and fill your soul.

An Open Night of Poetry, Story and Performance.

  • Sign up perform or just enjoy and listen to local bards, poets and tale tellers as they brave the Clancy’s stage. An open mic style format hosted by Fremantle Poet and character Patrick McCarthy focusing on creative expression via poetry, performance, readings and more.

Sea Shanties

The Second Monday of every Month

Our regular monthly Fremantle Shanty Club, hosted by Clancy’s and The Lost Quays.

Doors - 7:00pm I Free Entry

  • Come along and share a song or join in singing along to your favourite sea shanties.

    There’s a blackboard for anyone who wants to get up and sing a song themselves. Limited slots available. One song per single performer only, or two songs per group (two or more performers together).

    Free entry. Get in early to get a seat!

Inside a lively bar or music venue with people dancing and socializing. The room has a warm, inviting atmosphere with hanging lights, musical instruments on the wall, and a stage setup with speakers and microphones.
